The Rain for Tomorrow Conservation Initiative
Regardless of the source, water must be valued and protected. The Rain for Tomorrow Conservation Initiative starts with water stewardship and ends with scholarships for Montgomery County youth. Join us, as we conserve, protect, and enhance the groundwater of Montgomery County, with this innovative program that fuses rainwater harvesting with educational outreach.
Program Purpose: To empower and educate the youth in Montgomery County of the importance of good stewardship of our groundwater resources by being advocates of conservation through spreading awareness about the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District (LSGCD) Rainwater Harvesting Barrel Program.
