Notice is hereby given that the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District (GCD) Public Comment Period for Draft Rules is open through December 1^st. 

The official public comment period is now open. 

• Deadline for Comments: All comments must be submitted by December 1st.

• Where to Find the Draft: A red-lined version of the draft rules is available for review under the ‘Meetings’ tab on our website. We encourage all interested persons to review the document and provide feedback.

• Submission Instructions: Public comments regarding the Draft Rules may be submitted by emailing info@lonestargcd.org before December 1st.
